5. Industrial & Engineering Services
Quotations, technical specifications, and project proposals provided through the Site or RFQ forms represent preliminary engineering estimates. Final commercial and technical terms are established in formal contractual agreements executed between Rukn Al Assi and the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Iraq and the Kurdistan Regional Government. Any legal dispute or claim arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq.
8. Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
